May 2010: Tag Fine Arts

TAG Fine Arts is based on Upper Street, in Islington. TAG provides an outlet for working artists to exhibit and sell their work. Acting as a support network for its stable, TAG offers advice regarding commissions within the trade: a hub, it proposes alternative exhibiting opportunities and a forum for broader critical discussion about contemporary art.

Since launching at the London Art Fair in 2007, TAG has successfully represented emerging to established artists trained at the leading UK arts colleges including Central St Martins, Royal Academy and Royal College of Art. The organisation focuses on a series of pop up exhibitions in ‘alternative’ spaces, collaborating with charities, commercial enterprises and art institutions, including the Courtauld Institute of Art, the Hospital Club, Japan House and UCLH Arts.

TAG funds art commissions and publishes work through participation in a series of International and London based art fairs. TAG has a proven track record of raising the profile of emerging artists and their stable have works in major International collections including the British Library, British Museum, Clifford Chance, Fidelity Investments, Government Art Collection and V&A.

The company is run by Diana Ewer and Hobby Limon who specialise in advising private and corporate clients, whether buying for the first time or seeking to build on existing collections.
